Fabhotel Behl Regency - Amritsar

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the comfortable room and the complimentary breakfast offered at the hotel. Its location, being in close proximity to the main market and tourist attractions, made it convenient to explore the area without wasting time on travel. the friendly staff added to the overall pleasant experience.

The ambiance outside of the room left a lot to be desired. The constant construction noise and lack of staff to attend to guests made it difficult to relax.

The hotel staff was very helpful and professional. They provided me with a free pick-up, and on the second day, they arranged a cab for me for an off-site trip at a convenient price. The check-in process was straightforward, and the receptionist gave me detailed information about the city's sightseeing locations. the hospitality was great, and the hotel's location was prime.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot, close to a petrol pump and easy to find. the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel rooms were clean and well maintained, with comfortable bedding and plenty of storage space.

The hotel's key location made it convenient for us to explore the city's hotspots such as the Rani Bagh Temple and Wagah Border. the hotel's staff was warm, cooperative, and assisted us in getting to these places. the free pick-up service offered by the hotel was a bonus.

The room wasn't up to our expectations as the bathroom taps were not working and the geyser provided insufficient hot water. To add to our disappointment, the television wasn't functional, and the lights were limited.

Great hospitality, supportive staff, prime location, free pick, professional service.
